How to Subscribe Zong Call and SMS Block Service:

• Customers can easily activate this service by dialing 420 and then press call button.
• Customers can also subscribe this feature via SMS just need to type message “Sub” and send into 420.
• Subscribers receive confirmation message from help-center department of activation confirmation.

Charges:

• The charges for daily subscription are RS 1 plus tax per call.
• The charges for monthly subscription are RS 15 plus tax per month.

How to use Zong Call and SMS Block Service:

• Customers can block any number through SMS just need to write SMS “Block <number>” and send into 420.
• User can unblock number via SMS service just need to type SMS “Unblock <number>”’ and send into 420.

How to UN-Subscribe Zong Call and SMS Service:

• Subscribers can DE-activate this feature by dialing 420 and follow the instruction.
• Subscribers can also DE-activate this service via SMS just need to type message “Unsub” and send into 420.

Note:

• Customers can only block 50 numbers in one SIM connection.
• Customers can block local and international numbers by using this service.
