• Customers can activate this feature through dial 4030 then press button 1 for confirmation of subscription.
• The alternate SMS activation option is also available, Customers can get this feature via SMS just need to type message “sub” and send into 4030.
• Customers receive confirmation text from help-center after activation this feature.

How to Use Mobilink Jazz Double UP Number:

• Subscribers just need to dial 88 before receiver number before calling for example 88030XXXXXXXX.
• The receiver will receive call from Double UP regular number look like 030XXXXXXXX.
• Subscribers just need to dial 88 before sending SMS on recipient number for example 88030XXXXXXXX.
• Receiver will get SMS look like alternate regular number.
• Customers can send SMS or make call if they have sufficient balance into his/her account.

Charges:

• The charges of this feature are RS 1.44 per day(inclusive tax).
• The charges for calling on 4030are RS 0.60 per minute.
• The charges for sending SMS on 4030 are RS 0.60 per SMS.

Prefix Charges:

• Prefix Calling Charges are RS 0.72 per 30 seconds.
• Prefix SMS Charges are FREE of cost.

• This is value added service of this telecommunication.
• This facility is only available for prepaid customers of this network.
• Customers don’t need for buying special SIM card for using this facility. They can avail this service through regular SIM card of Mobilink.
• If a primary number of a DoubleUp Number subscriber is busy and a call is made to the subscriber’s DoubleUp Number, he/she will be shown the incoming call with a ’088′ prefix. The call can be attended, swapped, put on waiting just like any other regular call. If not attended, it will show as a missed call in the log directory
• It provides you secondary number for calling and texting.
• Secondary number can only use for sending SMS or calling any local network numbers of Pakistan.
• Be noted. This service is not available for sending SMS or Calling on international numbers.
• Subscriber can also use this facility for making call on PTCL numbers.
• Customers can also receive call from PTCL number on Double UP number.
• This service can be connected to the roaming phone numbers.
• Jazz Load, Jazz Share and Jazz Advance facilities are not available in this feature.
• Packages cannot be activated on Double UP number.
